A ($20.00 Registration Fee (per family, new dancer)) ($10.00 Registration Fee (per family, returning dancer)) along with the first month’s tuition is due at registration. The following payments (October-June) are due at the first class of every month to Miss Danielle or Kim Glass in the form of cash or check (made out to Danielle Fritz) in an envelope with your child’s full name printed on the front. A receipt will be returned to you on that same day or the following dance day. If a child is unable to attend class on the first day of the month please be sure to notify Miss Danielle by phone or email to arrange a time to drop it off on another day during that week. A $10.00 late fee will be charged if the tuition requirements are not met.
A costume deposit of $30.00 a class will be due in mid-November so the costume order may be placed for the June Recital. The rest of the costume payment will be due mid-January. An update will be sent to you via email/flyer on the recital, regarding date and location.
If my child drops a class, the tuition and costume payment is NON-refundable.
I am also aware that 3d takes every preventative measure towards your dancer’s safety, if for any reason your child is injured 3d is not liable. If an incident occurs where I am unable to be reached, 3d will make their best judgment on further medical attention at my expense.
If 3d needs to cancel class for any reason (ex. weather) a makeup class is not mandatory, although Miss Danielle will try her hardest to schedule a makeup class for the following Sunday, combine two classes throughout the week, or have a substitute teacher come in for the day. 3d will follow the Northampton School Districts school closings for inclement weather. Please check the website if any bad weather is scheduled due to Miss Danielle living far away and needing to cancel if bad conditions. www.3dnorthampton.com
